At Fortressroam , we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality eSIM services to all our customers worldwide. As a digital product, an eSIM is instantly delivered, easily activated, and non-returnable once issued. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy under nearly all circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Fortressroam are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Incompatibility with your device (please verify compatibility here before purchase)
  • Failure to install, scan, or use the eSIM due to customer error
  • Change of mind or unused eSIMs
  • Incorrect selection of region, data plan, or duration
  • Network speed dissatisfaction or lack of coverage due to local carrier limitations
  • Travel plan changes, delays, or cancellations

We do not accept return or refund requests even if the same eSIM is purchased multiple times.

2. Exception: Manufacturer or Platform Error

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a verified technical issue that is proven to be caused by Fortressroam platform or eSIM configuration, such as:

  • A non-functioning QR code that cannot be activated after support intervention
  • A technical malfunction confirmed by our development team or upstream provider
  • An unrecoverable delivery failure despite successful payment and valid contact details

To qualify for a refund under this exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Eligibility Review & Process

If you believe your case qualifies under the exception criteria:

    • Your full name, email address, and order ID
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem
    • Device model and OS version
  • Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Fraud Prevention

Fortressroam reserves the right to decline any refund request we believe to be fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive of our system. We log all order activity and IP data to protect against misuse.

5. Agreement Upon Purchase

By completing a purchase on https://fortressroam.autos, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your order.
